Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using any service provided by Laystrength Inc. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). These Terms apply to all services offered through our website, app, physical operations, and affiliate platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Online Coaching Programs

  • Coach Xpress Home Service Personal Training

  • Corporate Wellness Programs

By accessing our website or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if underage. You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.

2. Services Provided

Laystrength Inc. offers:

  • Personalized fitness coaching (in-person or online)

  • Wellness workshops, seminars, and events for organizations

  • App- or form-based access to coaching, scheduling, and nutrition tools

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our programs are not substitutes for medical advice. You agree:

  • You have consulted with your physician prior to participation.

  • You assume all risk associated with physical activity.

  • Laystrength Inc. and its coaches are not liable for injuries, pre-existing conditions, or medical issues arising during or after program participation.

4. Payments & Billing

You authorize Laystrength Inc. to charge your payment method for all agreed-upon services.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Failed auto-debit attempts may result in late fees or paused services.

  • We reserve the right to cancel access if payment is not completed on time.

For split payments, full fees remain due even if sessions are unused or delayed.

5. Cancellations, Pauses, and Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture.

  • Pausing packages due to travel, illness, or emergency may be requested with documentation, subject to approval.

  • Corporate clients must notify Laystrength Inc. 7 days in advance to cancel or move wellness engagements.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided—including workouts, presentations, PDFs, slide decks, and videos—are property of Laystrength Inc. You may not reproduce, resell, or share our materials without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Injury or health risks arising from exercise, misuse of instruction, or failure to follow guidance

  • Delays, errors, or unavailability of our website, apps, or third-party tools

  • Acts of God, power outages, service interruptions, or events beyond our control

8. Third-Party Services

Some transactions (e.g. payments via Paynamics, Zoom webinars, or Messenger) may involve third parties. We do not control or guarantee their performance and disclaim liability for any issues resulting from their use.

9. Data Privacy

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your data.

You agree to receive messages and service updates from Laystrength Inc. (e.g., via email, SMS, or app notification) as part of your program.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive conduct toward our team. You remain liable for any outstanding balance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes must be filed in the proper courts of Metro Manila, and must be initiated within 1 year from the cause of action.

12. Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
