In order for your transaction to be deemed successful, you should receive (a) an option to print your payment confirmation page at the Website, (b) a copy of your payment confirmation in the email address which you supplied when registering for the Service.

In the event that you have not received any payment confirmation from Laystrength Inc., within a reasonable time after successful completion of your online payment, you may contact Laystrength Inc. at 0916 568 0737 for assistance during office hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of each bank and Laystrength Inc. has no authority over any payments made through the bank payment gateway. In using your bank-issued credit card/debit card, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed by your card’s issuing bank, as well as those imposed by the bank payment gateway.

 

Laystrength Inc. does not retain your payment details or any other significant information such as your credit card number, passwords, pin number etc. As the cardholder of a credit card/debit card, you understand that you are solely responsible for securing your credit card/debit card.

Once a credit card/debit card is used to pay your reservation fee via the Service, you agree to hold Laystrength Inc. indemnified and free and harmless from any claims, liability, charges, costs, and expenses incurred by the use of your card to pay such amount via this Service. Details of your credit / debit card may be securely held by the bank which processes your transaction.

Laystrength Inc. reserves the right to charge an online convenience fee for the use of the Service. In no event will you be charged for access or use to all or portions of the Service unless Laystrength Inc. obtains your prior agreement to pay such charges.
