Level

Hello! You're at intermediate level if this describes you:

  • Has a basic knowledge in fitness

  • Did some basic workouts for 2-6 months

  • Can do basic exercises with the right form

  • Can do 45 min. - 1 hr. workouts

  • Tried some workout routines but didn't see results

Hey there! You're at Advanced Level if this describes you:

  • Knowledgeable in fitness, more than 1 year of working out

  • Knows the proper form of the basic lifts (Barbell Squat, etc.)

  • Can workout for 1 hr. to 1 hr. 30 minutes with no problem

  • Did some programs, but they weren't structured enough

  • Followed structured programs, but experiencing a plateau
